Message from The President
Welcome to the Bolton Insurance Institute. We hope to bring you a year of interest in which we see more involvement with our younger members. Our members are of utmost importance to us and we would like to encourage all members to play an active part in this Institute.
As well as our usual lunchtime lectures we will be able to provide you with a schedule of events throughout the year which will be of interest to both young and old alike, culminating, in February, with our Annual Dinner. Our dinner is well regarded within the CII circuit and it is our intention to continue with this success.
We will of course continue to support the Insurance Charities and many of our events are run in order to raise funds.
Please come and join us at any of these events. If any member has any ideas for an event either social or syllabus, please contact any member of the council.
Many of you know that we are lucky enough to have our own examination centre in Bolton and we must seek to utilise this resource and actively encourage our own members, and indeed neighbouring institutes to sit their examinations with us.
By working together we can continue to be part of what is surely the best Insurance Institute. The more we put in, the more we will get out!
