Welcome to the Insurance Institute of Coventry's website.
I am delighted to have been elected as President of the Insurance Institute of Coventry for 2012/13 and am pleased to introduce Beverley Hiley as my deputy.
Having worked in Coventry for over 27 years (my entire working life!) it is an honour to be representing the City and its 600+ Institute members.
Janet Bodycote worked exceptionally hard as President last year and I would like to thank Janet and all council members for their continued help and support.
I am keen to ensure that the high standard of lunchtime lectures continues and that we are able to offer a number of varied and enjoyable social events for everyone to enjoy.
Hopefully our schedule of events has something for everyone but if there is a particular topic or event you would like to see on the programme please get in touch.
As a Chartered Insurance Broker and part of the team at Corrigans to be awarded Dual Chartered Status I believe professionalism to be of paramount importance. With this in mind, I hope our lectures and additional training courses will assist with professional development and long-term commitment to the insurance and financial services sector.
I hope to be able to meet as many members as possible during my Presidential year and would like to encourage you to take full advantage of the programme we provide.
