Annual Dinner

Our speakers this year are Branko Bjelobaba FCII and Ashton West OBE.

Branko has been involved with the CII for many years. He has twice served as a local institute president and was a member of both the National Council and the Board. In 2003 he received the Bridgewater Award for Exceptional Service, for 2008 to 2014 he was the inaugural Vice President for Local Institutes and is now Chairman of the Awards Panel.

Ashton is the Chief Executive of the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, he is also a director of Insurance Database Services Ltd, the Insurance Fraud Bureau and a trustee of The Road Safety Trust.
Ashton received the inaugural Outstanding Individual Achievement award at the Rehabilitation First Awards, won the British Insurance Awards Achievement Award in 2010 and the Claims Innovation Outstanding Innovator Award in 2011 and was recently awarded an OBE.
