CII Dinner of Bedford and Milton Keynes

Brett Batty, President of the Institute of Bedford & Milton Keynes, takes pleasure in inviting you to our annual dinner on Friday 23rd February 2018 at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, Milton Keynes.

Venue:

Our dinner venue overlooks the famous MK Dons Stadium and grounds, where guests can mingle and enjoy refreshments at the bar. Our guest area will have a Hollywood style red carpet and photographer who will be available to take photos before being ushered to dinner.

Entertainment:

We have a live band and DJ to join us again to party into the early hours! The band will kick in after the dinner followed by the DJ.

Starter

Spiced Winter Vegetable Soup

Fish Course

Poached Salmon with Garlic Mayonnaise, Crispy Salmon Skin and Blanched Samphire

Main Course

Roast Saddle of Lamb, Confit Baby Potatoes with Rosemary and Thyme, Crushed Butternut Squash, Glazed Carrots and Green Beans Wrapped in Leek

Dessert

Baked White Chocolate Cheesecake with Doubletree Cookie Base

Vegetarian Options

Mature Cheddar Cheesecake, Heritage Tomato Salad, Red Onion and Basil

Char Grilled Vegetable Terrine, Baba Ganoush and Tomato Dressing

Bacon & egg butties will be served at midnight!
