Birmingham Insurance Institute Bake Off Is Back!!!
We are approaching that time of year when we will again be inviting you to take part in the Birmingham Insurance Institute Bake Off.
Last year you tirelessly helped us raise money for The Insurance Charities, who are always on hand to help out, should one of your colleagues fall into financial hardship, by organising bake sales in your offices.
This year Insurance Charities Awareness Week runs from Monday 20th June to Friday 24th June 2016 so your bake sale could take place on whichever day is convenient to you, or it could even run all week. Have a go and see who will be star baker in your office. Baked products could be sweet, savoury or a mix. It doesn’t necessarily need the support of everyone in your office, every little bit helps.
We would love to publish your photos on our website, so please do send us pictures of your cakes and pastries with details of any particularly good creations. We will even choose our favourite and award overall Star Baker status the chef.
In order to take part this year all you need to do is drop us a brief email at HPayne@loricainsurance.com to confirm you will be taking part, then rope in as many colleagues as you can and get baking. We will send you a poster to display at your office to help you generate some support, as well as details of what to do with the money you collect.
