Have you ever wondered why some individuals seem to inspire and lead, while others struggle to be understood and have an impact? As we all know the ability to lead people is critical to the success in our careers and organisations, yet we are rarely taught the skills needed for leadership.

Everyone knows that Leadership is important, so how do we become the kind of Leader that people would follow voluntarily, even if we have no title or position?

Everyone says that they would like their businesses and career's to improve, so make that a reality and join us on Tuesday 17th of May 2016.

Learning objectives:

  • WHY Leadership skills are important;
  • HOW to understand our current Leadership skill level and WHAT we can do to raise it;
  • Understanding why it's crucial to create "Leaders" and not "Followers" in our teams and organisations
