The 2017 BII Annual dinner will take place on Thursday 9th March and will become a smaller event which should allow more networking opportunities.

Venue:

The event will take place at Birmingham Town Hall and the guest capacity will be reduced to 370, so we anticipate an early sell-out.

Guest speaker:

The guest speaker will be Caspar Berry. Caspar uses the metaphor of poker to inspire audiences to make better decisions in all areas of their lives. His profile can be viewed at www.casparberry.com

Menu:

Starter:
Somerset Brie and caramelised red onion tartlet with balsamic candied ripe figs dressed with a watercress and herb salad (v)

Main Course:
Chicken breast coq au vin style, creamed parsley potatoes, green beans and red wine sauce
Spiced vegetable and spinach Wellington with red and white coleslaw, roast courgette and peppers with thyme sauce (v)

Dessert:
Vanilla and white chocolate crème brûlée with balsamic strawberries and biscotti biscuit

Cheese:
Local cheese, celery, chutney, unsalted butter and biscuits:
