Overview:

Stress is becoming an inevitable part of modern life, but what is it and how can we learn to be more resilient? In this talk Tara will help you understand what happens when we feel stressed and teach you simple techniques to reduce stress and release tension in the neck and shoulders.

Learning objectives:

  1. Understand the different types of stress
  2. Learn a technique to relieve stress and reduce tension in the body
  3. Learn about techniques to build your resilience to deal with stress more effectively.

Biography:

Tara is an Executive Coach and leadership facilitator, who specialises in inspiring people to be the best version of themselves, helping them understand what truly motivates and drives them. Creating harmonious cultures through working with the senior teams and leaders at all levels to encourage inclusive, engaging leadership styles.

Companies with which Tara has worked with include Royal Mail, Interserve PLC, BBC Worldwide, Home Office, Heineken UK Ltd, JTI, State Bank of India, Samsung, HomeServe, Royal Bank of Canada, RICS, Barclay’s, Grosvenor and SIMMs.

Background

An experienced senior executive Tara devoted her career to developing individuals and leading highly successful sales teams. She always measured her success on the results of her people and how they achieved them. Working in the fast-paced consumer goods industries she understands the challenges of the business world and brings this knowledge and expertise to her speaking, coaching and workshops.
