Lunchtime Lecture: Claims legal update
James Shrimpton of Kennedys will provide an update on current legal issues in insurance to include GDPR post implementation and other recent interesting legal issues raised regarding insurance claims and cover.

- The talk will cover the initial feedback and legal thoughts on GDPR post implementation.
- Will cover recent topical legal cases relating to insurance policy coverage and claims.
- The talk will include a more general view on current legal issues affecting insurance policy coverage.
