Join us for a session looking at behavioural biases in investing and how they can be overcome. Jon Bell of Newton Investment Management will address what is meant by behavioural science, the four key areas of behavioural bias, and how process can overcome.

Jon will also provide an insight as to how behavioural finance is addressed in his role as portfolio manager on the BNY Mellon Global Income Fund and importance of income in the current environment’

• how behavioural biases affect investors and the disciplines to overcome them
• the importance of dividends and their impact on long-term returns
• the role of income investing in the current environment
