The full Council reports will be available at the meeting, in addition to which ten members will be elected to Council. Nominations must be in the prescribed form on one of the attached nomination forms. Nominations may be written in letter form, but they must include the signatures of four or more members of the Institute and a signed statement by the Candidate that he/she has consented to stand for election.
The nomination form or letter must be lodged with the Secretary by Tuesday 17th March 2015. This rule will be strictly applied.
