The Service Provider of the Year Award

This category is open to any organisation providing service to the insurance and financial services sector. The winning entry will be able to demonstrate their innovation through customer driven service, satisfaction and quality.

The Training and Development Award

This category is open to all organisations across all spectrums of the insurance and financial services industry. The winning entry will be the organisation that is able to demonstrate the development and successful implementation of an internal programme of training and development. This will include how the training and development has benefited your business.

Claims Initiative of the Year Award

This category is open to any claims team/department of any intermediary or insurer, claims management service, loss adjusters or claims specialists. The winning entry will be able to demonstrate their approach to customer service or their specific service in response to a
specific issue or incident.

Chartered Financial Planner of the North West

This category is open to all Chartered Financial Planners across the North West.

The North West Presidents' Award for Outstanding Achievement

The North West President’s Award for Outstanding Achievement will be presented to one individual based on a number of key factors. Entries are not required for this category as the person chosen will be identified by all North West Presidents from Liverpool, Chester & North Wales, Manchester, Blackburn & Burnley, Bolton, Preston & Blackpool, Carlisle and Kendal.
