One word has probably not evoked so much debate or dispute in the last 50 years across Europe.

Now IIC&G members will have their chance to understand Brexit in our latest CPD event.

Andy Braithwaite is a Partner at Ashfords LLP and is ranked in the top tier for the region for IT and intellectual property law by Chambers and Legal 500 independent legal directories.His experience as a commercial lawyer covers a wide range of IPR and IT transactions and technology issues. As well as technology industry experience going back over 30 years, he has experience advising brand owners, manufacturers, defence contractors, automotive businesses, franchisors and sports property owners.

At the end of the session,delegates will be able to understand the implication and impact of Brexit across 4 key areas

  • the health of the UK economy;
  • exposure to the UK’s legal, regulatory, and tax environment;
  • reliance on selling cross border goods and services;
  • dependence on free movement of staff between the EU and the UK

A buffet and refreshments will be available from 12pm with the talk to start at 1230pm and finish at 130pm.
