In support of the CII Talent Initiative, the Coventry institute regularly visits schools in the local area to provide pupils with advice and guidance on careers in insurance and financial services.

We have a dedicated career secretary who works in the profession full time, whilst offering the following support services where ever possible: 

1.     Attendance at school career fairs

2.     Presentations for class or year groups

3.     CV workshops

4.     Mock interviews
