8:30 am – 10:00 am (UK time)

There are many reasons why an employer may need to make changes to an employee’s terms and conditions during the course of their employment. Some changes, such as salary increases, will be welcomed. Others may be less well received.

This session will cover:

- how an employer should go about varying contracts of employment;
- the risks for employers if they get the process wrong; and
- our top tops for getting employees on board with contractual variations.

Speakers:

Paul McMahon, Partner
Anna Walker, Associate
Fiona Morrison, Associate
