Mentor / Mentee Programme 2015 - Session 2

As a mentee the events are designed to give you the opportunity to meet a wide range of senior individuals from the profession. The aim is to help you develop a wider network of contacts, find out how others developed their careers within insurance, gain a better understanding of the wide range of roles available and assist in your personal growth.

The idea is for IASG members to have the chance to spend around five or six minutes with each 'mentor' handpicked by the IASG.

It's a chance for them to find out a bit more about you, and also for you to learn a few things and get a bit of advice along the way. It's a great chance to make new connections - and for those who attended the last time, the chance to build upon those connections.

So...DO make sure you bring along plenty of business cards (if you don't have them don't worry) and DO have a think before the event about what you might be asked.

The mentors will also offer constructive feedback and support around your own development.

Taking place on Thursday 10th September (5.15pm) at 200 St Vincent Street the event will be open to those who attended the last years events as well as IASG members who would like to attend for the first time, as a mentor or mentee.

After the mentoring and networking activity you are invited to relax with a glass of wine and some food.
