Health and Safety ‘Mock Trial’
The Insurance and Actuarial Society of Glasgow’s Young Professionals Committee is happy to announce that their next event will be a Health and Safety ‘Mock Trial’ at Brodies LLP, Glasgow.
This interactive event will involve a mini health and safety mock trial – and you will be the jury! The session surrounds a fictional company involved in a fictional road traffic accident.
Learning objectives:
Attending the mock trial will allow delegates to identify:
- How a typical health and safety trial is conducted;
- What to expect as a witness giving evidence; and
- Practical tips to avoid finding yourself, your business or your client in the dock.
