The event will be delivered by Elana Fry and Peter Demick from Brodies.

Elena Fry is the head of the Insurance & Risk Division at Brodies LLP. She has been helping clients manage Scottish litigation for more than 20 years, working extensively with and for insurers, self-insured businesses and public bodies. Elena has a broad ranging personal injury and general reparation expertise and advises clients in a variety of industry sectors. She is accredited as a specialist in personal injury by the Law Society of Scotland and is an active member of FOIL, chairing it’s Scottish Disease Sector Focus Team.

Peter Demick heads up the Casualty Insurance team. He has worked for more than a decade to provide top class reparation advice to insurers, large corporates and public bodies.
As well as managing the team handling the full range of motor, employers' and public liability and property claims, Peter's practice areas are in claims of utmost seriousness – catastrophic injury, fatalities and high value property damage. He is also frequently called upon to provide insurance policy indemnity advice, and to deal with litigation arising from the interpretation of insurance policies.
