The Insurance and Actuarial Society of Glasgow's young professionals committee are happy to announce that their next event will focus on excel for insurance professionals.

Overview
This 1.5 hour session is aimed at Insurance professionals who have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, but who want to be more creative and show complex data more effectively.
This is an instructor-led session and candidates are expected to have basic computer skills.

• Formatting techniques
• Functions
• Customising Charts

There will be a short practical exercise at the end of the session where you will have the opportunity to utilise what you have learned.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of the session you will have:

• Learned how to use formatting and borders
• Learned how to use conditional statements and formatting
• Learned how to create and customise charts

Who should attend?
Insurance Professionals at all levels, who want to expand on their knowledge of the basic features of Microsoft excel. This event is not just restricted to the Young Professional’s network.
Pizza and refreshments will be provided at the session, and there will be an opportunity to network with a complimentary beer, glass of wine or soft drink.
