WEBINAR: Q&A session with Mark Goold, Technical Specialist FCA
The Insurance Institutes of Scotland are happy to announce that their next joint webinar will be a further Q&A session with the FCAs Mark Goold.
In the current climate there are multiple challenges that are facing financial advisory firms and their clients and because of this we are running a secondary session to the one delivered on the 25th of November.
The first part of the event will be dedicated to Defined Benefit (DB) Transfers given the volume of questions previously received, with the second half of the session focusing on general regulatory matters.
This is an opportunity for you to question Mark and discuss the impact of the latest legislation on firms. It will also give members the chance to ask about the future direction of travel from the regulator’s perspective.
Mark will answer as many pre submitted questions as he can in the time available and take further ad hoc questions if time permits. If it is not possible to answer all questions, then Mark will email a response directly to the person who submitted it.
Please note no journalists are allowed to attend and no recording of the session is permitted.
