This introduction to Claims Defensibility is not about avoiding payment, rather getting your systems right. Aimed at client, broker, handler and underwriter level; attendees will be provided with an easy to understand overview of:
- What is needed to make a successful liability claim defence, if warranted.
- How and why it is linked in with health and safety.
- How you can put the right processes and procedures in place to protect yourselves and your business.
More about our speaker
Simon is a risk manager, a fellow of the Institute of Risk Management, and also a chartered member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, and a chartered insurance practitioner. He has a background in insurance claims, motor fleet, public and employers liability; and is actively involved in helping clients to manage business risk on a daily basis.
