  • to be aware of the different models of EI
  • to recognise how five EI components function
  • to take away a quick win; a simple action point

Speaker Profile:

With over 35 years management experience in Freight Forwarding, Fine Art Publishing, Dental Implant Distribution and Bookkeeping services, as well as learning and development, Bryan’s preference in training is for practicality; theory may get you so far but, beyond that, you’d better be able to do stuff! He has authored dozens of training programmes, from one-day events to leadership programmes of several months’ duration. These include qualification (ILM) and non-qualification programmes, often designed to meet specific client needs. A qualified practitioner in personality profiling, he is keen to bring aspects of critical self-awareness to trainees, in both their technical and their behavioural roles in the workplace. Bryan has trained hundreds of business owners, managers and staff from organisations as diverse as local and national government, builders, engineers, scientists, designers and undertakers.
