We avoid conflict too much. As Managers and Leaders there are times when conversations must be had that have an unpleasant theme. Whether the issue is a personal one or performance related, it's so important to get the message delivery right first time.

Learning Objectives:
• Understand the process for ensuring the message you have delivered is received clearly and without offence.
• Improve your ability to develop relationships through having difficult conversations rather than diminishing them.
• Work on the best way to deal with encounters that we instinctively avoid

She is passionate about inspiring people and she has made it her mission in life to empower people to become their best. Laura has 3 degrees, 2 of which are from Oxford University.
