Event Overview

This session will provide a brief introduction to the Insurance Act 2015 and what changes and challenges this will bring.

Learning objectives

By the end of the session the delegate will be aware of the following:

  1. The main changes as a result of the Insurance Act
  2. Challenges for insurers,
  3. Challenges for brokers; and
  4. Challenges for customers.

Speaker profile

Paul has been with the RSA Group since joining in his native Birmingham as a Liability Underwriter in 1993. He has enjoyed many varied roles subsequently including most latterly being the Underwriting Director for RSA’s Regions business before taking up his current role in June. During the last twelve months Paul has given several talks to brokers and media about the upcoming Insurance Act law reforms. Paul is also a regular speaker on personal and organisational learning and behaviour.
