Graham is a director of Intralex Ltd. He has worked for over 30 years in the insurance industry, providing training and consultancy services throughout the UK and on the rare occasion, abroad. Graham has worked for and been involved with the CII for many years.
Who should attend ?
Anyone who has worked in general insurance for a few years and wishes to have a greater awareness of the scope of cover of Directors and Officers policies and why this insurance protection may be worthwhile.
This interactive workshop will cover the following areas:
- An outline of the benefits of a D & O policy.
- Definitions, including 'directors' + 'officers'.
- Duties of directors
- Main areas of cover of a D & O policy
- Principal exclusions and extensions
- Latest developments and potential problems.
