Speaker's Biography
Roddy has over 20 years’ experience in workplace stress and has handled nearly 1,000 claims.
He is instructed by clients often at a very early stage, even before proceedings have been
issued or sometimes before a claim has been made.
He has lectured on the subject of stress and written a number of published articles.
