Annual Dinner 2018

Suchit Deasi MA ACII, President of the Insurance Institute of Manchester is delighted to announce that our Annual Dinner will take place on Friday 9th November at the Principal Hotel, Manchester, with Allianz as our main sponsor.

Are you ready to be shaken, not stirred!

Join us for a Bond themed packed evening with a royale performance, including a three course dinner and plenty of laughs with one of the UK's favourite stand-up comedians Justin Moorhouse. Following the fabulous dinner, continue the diamond party atmosphere in the Ballroom with a live band to dance the night away 007 style!

Programme
• Welcome from 5.00pm - 7.00pm: Drinks reception
• 7.00pm - 10.00pm: Dinner and speeches
• 10.00pm till late: Live music and entertainment

Drinks order form: when your tickets are confirmed by the institute, you will then be able to return your Drinks Order Form directly to hotel. Clearly mark with your company name.

Parking: The hotel does not have its own car park; however there is a secure Euro Car Park located on Pritchard Street, available for approximately £8.50 per 24 hours. The postcode is M1 7DA.

Accommodation: The hotel have allocated a number of bedrooms and can offer a rate of £141 Single Occupancy, £151 Double Occupancy. Rates are inclusive of Breakfast & VAT. Payment will be made directly with the hotel. To book guests call 0161 288 1111 quoting redemption code CHAR091118.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Bookings will close on Friday 26th October
• The easiest way to enter the hotel for the dinner is using the courtyard entrance on Whitworth Street and taking the door on the left (download map below).
• The cloakroom is located at the entrance to the Whitworth suites.
• The pre dinner bar will be in the Whitworth Suites, above the Ballroom. Post dinner entertainment will continue in the Ballroom.
• The public bar will also be open in the hotel, next to The Refuge restaurant. However please make you way to the Whitworth suite on arrival for pre-entertainment.
• The VIP reception will be held in The Post Room (By invitation only).
• Dress code: black tie and evening dress.
