Leadership Session 6: Show Time!
This event is by invitation only to the successful candidates of 2019.
The last session for our candidates is to showcase their skills and to reflect on what they have learnt from the programme. They were asked to produce a 5/10 minute presentation on 'Who makes a good leader and why'.
The Insurance Institute of Manchester consists of a dedicated group of industry professionals, who voluntarily give up their spare time to offer a range of key benefits to CII members in the local area. We will be joined by members of the Institute's Council and the Education & Development Committee to tell the group about the history of the Institute and how to become more involved and it's benefits.
To finalise the programme, we will celebrate their talent and success with a graduation ceremony.
