As the business and legal environment continues to change businesses face an ever increasing range of potential liabilities. Yes they may be liable for causing injury or damage but also for breaching another party’s intellectual property or breaching employment, data privacy, environmental or bribery laws.

In this lunch time workshop - Neil Park discusses how brokers can ensure that the liability insurance protection of their commercial customers protects them against their ever-widening liabilities and that any gaps in insurance protection are identified and minimised.

Neil is an experienced trainer and consultant currently working in the insurance industry in the United Kingdom and internationally delivering workshops in technical insurance, broking and negotiation skills. He also trains and support candidates taking their Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma examinations.
