Charity Prize Draw

This year, to coincide with the Insurance Charities Awareness Week, the Nottingham Insurance Institute are pleased to host a Charity Raffle to raise much needed funds for our chosen charities:

• The Insurance Charities
• Cancer Research UK

Both of these charities are very close to the Nottingham Institute’s heart, and we hope that you will be able to support us in fundraising this year.

Closing date for raffle entries is 5pm on the 12th July 2022.

We will draw our winners using a random number generator - this will take place at 1.15pm on the 13th July 2022.

All winners will be notified by close of business on the 14th July 2022 and we will arrange delivery each prize.

Terms & Conditions

• Entries received after closing date will not be accepted
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered
• ^ Spa Day or Driving Experience valued circa £100. The winner will be contacted to discuss their preference and a voucher for the chosen event will be provided. The NII take no responsibility for the event once the voucher has been issued and delivered to you^
• +4 Ball Golf valued circa £200 + meal. We will contact the winner to discuss the prize further including any details as to what the meal/drinks includes. You must adhere to Coxmoor Golf Clubs rules, such as dress code etc.
• Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process at 1.15pm on the 13th July 2022
• Insofar as is permitted by law, the NII will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the NII. Your statutory rights are not affected
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material relating to this Charity Raffle. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
