Conflict Management Workshop
From time to time conflict during the working day is unavoidable. But, how well do you currently handle conflicts? Some people are too aggressive and say too much. Some people are too passive and don’t speak up. This hints and tips workshop is here to help you and your staff be rational conflict managers. You will learn how to manage conflict situations confidently, professionally and quickly.
Workshop Aim:
To be able to identify and manage difficult working situations in an appropriate manner
Workshop Objectives:
By the end of the workshop participants will:
• Recognise the need to solve the issue as associates rather than enemies
• Identify what conflict is and how to handle it
• Apply strategies that deal with the problem not the person
