Utilising EIS And The Impact Of Recent Legislation Changes
Our latest CPD event will focus on utilising EIS for clients in 2016 - discussing the changing legislation and developments.
Since it's introduction in 1994, the EIS market has developed and matured with a range of options now available to advisers and clients depending on their objectives. In the last 12 months there have been a number of legislation changes, couples with the changing financial planning landscape, which may impact deployment but also provide opportunities. This session will look to give an overview of this area.
Key learning objectives for delegates will be:
- an understanding of EIS background and recent developments;
- an understanding of the 'new' EIS marketplace and the impact of the removal of Renewables;
- an understanding the most recent legislation changes and the opportunities this provides;
- to identify which clients will benefit most from EIS planning and identify opportunities here;
- and; how to access and select the right investment.
