A Special General Meeting of the Insurance Institute of Reading is being held to consider and if thought fit to agree the following motions: THAT 1. The Insurance Institute of Reading is dissolved with immediate effect. 2. In order to maintain a local presence and to assist the institutes to whom the membership of Reading will be reallocated, to become two local committees, one of Cheltenham & Gloucester for Oxford/Swindon area and the other of Guildford for the Reading area
