New CII guidance sets benchmark for managing vulnerability across insurance and personal finance
At a press event in central London this morning, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) announced the launch of a landmark guide to help insurance and personal finance firms to better identify, support, and deliver fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.

The Insurance Charity Golf Day - book your place today
The Insurance Charity golf day will take place on 14 October at The Nottinghamshire club, voted The East Midland's best golf venue. Located six miles from Nottingham station and 18 miles from East Midlands Airport, attendees will be playing on the prestigious 18-hole Championship course.
President's Message
Welcome to the Insurance Institute of Sussex website.
For someone who has spent their entire career working in insurance, it is a privilege to accept the role of President for a second term. I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead our institute again over the coming year, to build on our previous achievements and engage with as many of our members as possible. I will continue to serve with honour, dignity and deliver progress.
My key areas of focus for the next 12 months will remain:
women in insurance – there is plenty more to do on this topic
