At a press event in central London this morning, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) announced the launch of a landmark guide to help insurance and personal finance firms to better identify, support, and deliver fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.

The Insurance Charity Golf Day - book your place today
The Insurance Charity golf day will take place on 14 October at The Nottinghamshire club, voted The East Midland's best golf venue. Located six miles from Nottingham station and 18 miles from East Midlands Airport, attendees will be playing on the prestigious 18-hole Championship course.
President's Message

Welcome to the Insurance Institute of Sussex website.
Thank you all for the support electing me as president for the 2026-2027 term - I’m thrilled to be provided with the opportunity. I’m looking forward to working with council members, local businesses, partners and members to continue the strong progress we have made under previous presidents, to ensure we provide value to all members, both CII and PFS.
My key areas of focus over the next 12 months will be:
Mental Health and Wellbeing continued – with a focus on health-related issues.
