We are delighted to welcome Martin Hawkins from NIG who will be providing an insight into Modern Methods of Construction, looking at the advantages and disadvantages from the customer and insurance view point.

Martin has 42 years experience as a Risk Control Surveyor for The Royal, Ecclesiastical and self-employed with Risk Stop. He has been with NIG since 2011 providing a surveys across Wales and west England. His role also includes production and delivery of training to underwriters on a variety of risk related topics.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this event, the delegate will be able to identify and apply the following :

  • What does MCC mean
  • What are the various types of MCC in use currently
  • What are the positive features from the customers' point of view
  • What are the negative features from a risk control/insurance underwriting viewpoint
  • Concerns surrounding MCC within the insurance industry

We meet at 5.30pm in the bar with the talk commencing at 6.00pm til about 7.00pm in one of the first floor meeting rooms. Join us after the talk in the bar for a drink and some networking.
