Who should attend?
Negotiation forms a part of everyone’s daily life whether as a part of their employment or in their own personal life. Whilst the lecture is primarily aimed at those involved in negotiating claims, the principles can be applied to other aspects of life. In the work context, Negotiation is defined as the forging of a mutually acceptable agreement between two parties. This may involve some give and take in order to reach agreement. Negotiated agreements may not necessarily meet in the middle as one party may have more leverage than the other. The session is for brokers, insurers, loss adjusters and anyone else involved negotiation.
