Sparking action and leading people into the future is one of the most challenging things a leader needs to do. The future can seem uncertain; trust might be low and emotions high. You might face scepticism and cynicism directly or it might go underground as “resistance”. This is a workshop is about how to understand, support and inspire people through change. We’ll look at:
