Following the interactive session with Fairer Finance, Part 2 of the Shared Scotland webinar series brings together a cross-sector panel of industry experts for a dynamic discussion and live Q&A. This session will explore how different parts of the insurance and financial services industry are responding to the FCA’s Consumer Duty—particularly around evidencing fair value and consumer understanding. Panellists will share practical insights, challenges, and strategies from their respective sectors.
