Technical Motor Update

The institute is pleased to offer a Technical Motor update, to bring members up to date on recent legislative changes, case law and discuss the potential impact of Brexit on the UK Insurance market.

By attending this event, delegates will be able to identify:

  • the possible impact of Brexit on the UK’s motor insurance regime

  • the ongoing response to the Vnuk case and to other EU issues, and

  • current challenges in the motor market, including recent case law and coverage issues raised by autonomous driving
