P93 Commercial Property and Business Interruption Revision Day
Rod Smith FCII FCILA, CII Accredited Advanced Technical Trainer will run a full day revision course.
This exam revision workshop is ideal for anyone taking the P93 exam in October 2015. Delegates will need to be realistically well-prepared for the P93 by prior personal study, to benefit fully from the day.
Topics to be covered during the day include:
- The origins, mechanism and spread of fire
- Review of the other main perils
- Warranties & Conditions - law and practice
- Remembering and using key precedents effectively
- Business interruption - review of the policy formula
- Working through a claim, to see how and why
- Rent, Advance Profits & policy extensions
- Any other topics troubling delegates
- Diagnosis of typical exam questions
- Producing fast and targeted answers
- Rod will also work delegates through a sample paper, subject to time constraints!
Study material for the day will be sent out to attendees about 10 days before the course.
There will be a maximum of 12 attendees to ensure that those attending gain the maximum benefit from the day.
