The FCA has a deep interest in general insurance for some time now and has made it clear with various policy statements and changes to rules, that what we do is simply not acceptable. Be it differential pricing, unnecessary and low value distribution chains, the handling of vulnerable customers, and now, overall non-financial misconduct issues.
By the end of this lecture members would have gained an insight into:
