The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has led to a range of challenges for all across the globe. Increasingly, mental health issues are causing concern, with people becoming ever more isolated and fearing for their personal and professional future.

The world will never be as we knew it; so adapting to the new way is increasingly important.
