AGM & Lunchtime CPD - The Art of Negotiating
The AGM will take place immediately before the presentation at 12:45 and historically takes about 15-20 minutes. More details can be viewed here
The talk will last for about an hour during which Chris will cover his top ten negotiating tips which will help buyers get the price down and sellers get the price up, as well as getting better combinations of trades led like time and extras.
The talk includes
- how to increase your mental strength
- when you should walk away
- how to plan your opening offer
- the flinch
- how to trade successfully
- the vice and the nibble
- splitting the difference
There will also be a free book and pocket card for each participant
