    • Peter Radford, Founder, Beyond This

Event Overview:

Why so many people fail to achieve their goals and how to make sure you achieve yours!

Most people can tell you what they don't like about their life or job and have a pretty good idea of how they'd prefer it to be. But how to go from here to there, that's more difficult.

As humans we tend to give our time and attention to the things we like doing and the things we know we ought to be doing we avoid. Those things we avoid are usually the very things we need to do to get to where we want to be. In this session an explanation will be given as to why many people fail to achieve their goals & why people procrastinate

The three components of your life will be explained to show you how to move forward from the reality you're currently experiencing into the reality you'd prefer to be living! And in the process, identify how to help take your teams and the people you work with forward so that your working environment is also transformed
