Title: Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Presentation Overview:

Want to understand neurodiversity and know how to work together better? This is a great first step to making a more neuro-inclusive workplace. Our speaker will explain neurodiversity and encourage questions and relections in the chat as we go through the content.

In this one hour session we will cover

  • What neurodiversity is
  • The types of neurodivergence
  • Practical changes you can make in the workplace

Speaker Bio:

Our expert speaker Loren Snow is an autistic neurodiversity consultant with over ten years experience teaching people about neurodiversity. They are an associate of Mencap, The Diversity Trust, NDTi, The National Autistic Society, and the Autism Education Trust. They run Neurodiverse Training, where their team trains over 10,000 people each year and they support the NHS and Social Care’s roll out of the mandatory training on autism and learning disability as a national Lead Trainer. They also work for Autism Central, an NHS funded service hosted by The National Autistic Society, to support thousands of families each year to support their loved ones.

In their free time they like to Kayak, play computer games, and explore new places.
