Forensic Science; Applications beyond the norm

A presentation covering the wide array of services provided by FRL using case studies to show the alternative application of forensics in all different areas; which may well surprise some delegates and will hopefully provide added value to their case load and clients.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this event delegates will be able to identify;

  • Various forensic science disciplines
  • Case studies to show the application of the services
  • Cases that could have been enhanced with the use of forensics
  • Q&A session to further reinforce specific skills to scenarios/cases
  • An ability to think laterally with regards to investigations.

A buffet lunch will be served from 12:00pm - please advise of any dietary requirements

Abi Carter, is founder and director of Forensic Resources, a company that provides forensic and expert witness services to defence teams, fraud investigators, insurers, loss adjusters, HR departments and private clients. A Forensic Archaeologist by profession, Abi is frequently called upon to give interviews and opinions by the media, locally and national and has given ministerial speeches. They were involved most famously on the Raoul Moat (Sky News) and Joanna Yeates cases.
