WEBINAR: Make an impact in Conference calls and meetings

Team meetings and client calls that would be face to face are now being run as conference calls. For many people this is a frustrating platform, since they struggle to be heard; they are distracted by other things whilst on the call, in a way that if they were in a face to face meeting wouldn’t happen. Also, not all of these calls are run well, with no clear direction. This webinar is to empower everyone, whether you are facilitating a conference call participating in one, to get the most out of these virtual meetings. The aim of this course is to ensure delegates go away with the knowledge and practical ways to improve their performance and outcomes when on conference calls.
