Course overview

Ecopsychology is the growing science of the impact our immediate surroundings have on our mental well-being and in turn our productivity.

This has never been more important now we are working in a very different environment (literally and metaphorically) since the outbreak of Covid-19. This session will explore the science of ecopsychology and examine why it is important not only to surround ourselves with the 'right' people but also with the 'right' surroundings.

Learning objectives

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • identify key principles of the science of ecopsychology.

  • understand how ecopsychology impacts our mental well-being and productivity.

  • implement a strategy to apply the principles of ecopsychology in our professional lives.
