And in this time where cuts are being made, you want to be the go to person: the person who is positively noticed – and I don’t mean the loudest person: the last person standing when difficult decisions are made.

FCA consumer Duty of Care
"This FCA are increasingly moving away from principles-based regulation to outcomes-based, and the new Consumer Duty clearly demonstrates this commitment and shift. The core components of fair treatment of customers and acting with integrity are not new, but the regulator’s expectations, the cultural shift requirements and the outcome focus of the initiative represent a new era for regulation that is far removed from “box ticking”. This session is designed to provide the learner with an understanding of the aims, requirements, and expectations of the FCA in complying with the Consumer Duty."
